OK, so you want to know how much wealth you’ll have by virtue of the Dhan Yoga in your horoscope. Let’s understand.
Have you ever cooked food? For now let’s cook shahi paneer. The gravy requires salt, spices, ghee, cream, vegetables, etc. (I’m not good at cooking and not sure what all is needed). Combining (almost) any proportion of these ingredients will be called shahi paneer. It can have a bad taste and still be called shahi paneer but just for namesake. To prepare the perfect one that lives up to the name, all the ingredients have to be in the right amount and proportion. Plus, the amount of heat supplied is also important. This optimum combination is what will give it the perfect taste.

Similarly for your Dhan Yoga to give you immense wealth, the planets forming it have to be at the “right” degrees and nakshatra. They should be conjunct with beneficial planets and should receive good aspects. It will still be called Dhan Yoga even if any of the said points are severely out of proportion. But just like the food above, the yoga in this case may just be for namesake. Like you may find an INR 100 note on the road and that’s your whole Dhan Yoga about. But if the salt, spices and other ingredients in your horoscope are in the right amount and proportion, you may become a millionaire or even a billionaire.

So if your astrologer says you have Dhan Yoga, a good question to ask him is – “How strong”?
